I saw what worked, what didn't, and more importantly — I saw what was broken about how agencies operated.

Most agencies move buttons. They optimise metrics. They send reports full of impressions and reach. But they never actually understand the brand they're spending money for. A ₹15,000 handcrafted chair and a ₹500 fast-fashion t-shirt would get the same playbook. That never sat right with me.

Somewhere along the way, I realised I had an instinct for understanding premium — luxury positioning, high-AOV buyer psychology, creative that speaks to someone who chooses quality over discounts. And I realised I couldn't do my best work unless I connected deeply with the brand.
