I saw what worked, what didn't, and more importantly — I saw what was broken about how agencies operated.

Somewhere along the way, I realised I had an instinct for understanding premium. Luxury positioning, high-AOV buyer psychology, the kind of creative that speaks to someone who chooses quality over discounts. And I realised I couldn't do my best work unless I connected deeply with the brand — understood its craft, its story, its customers.
